another question man... i just bought memorex disc, because they were on sale for 15 bucks for a pack of 50... i know you dont like memorex but you said sometimes they are alright? i dont wanna open it so if they are bad i can take them back they only have like them, pony(?), maxell, HP, and sony at staples, oh and staples brand lmao they say "made in taiwan" part# 32025619 if that helps or not do you have any idea if these will be alright?
The only "MIT" media I trust is Verbatim. Otherwise you're better off with 1st class media: Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim and Hitachi Maxell (Made In Japan by Hitachi Corp.) More info here http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm EDITED to insert media link.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...2E16817130993,N82E16817130951,N82E16817507004 what is the difference between all of those? one has better labeling than the other? which would be the best to buy? or can i just get the cheapest one?
Laugh all you want, you asked for help, you bought some inferior media and I gave you the link to get 1st class media. Good luck with those cheapy CMC MAG aka Memosux.
i'm not laughing lol im just saying you didn't really answer my question... anyways anyone know if the dvd+r's in that link are alright?
Yes the media in that link are the good ones. Head on over to your local BestBuy or Walmart and pickup the VERBATIM dvds. You'll be fine.
Memorex & HP feature in my sig, as do decent media, treat your burner to only decent media for Christmas..
haha okay :] but like the ones in the link... what are the differences between them? like one set has a good label, one doesnt?
