Hi I've got a toshiba portege m100 laptop and the hard drive is totally dead. It's a 60gig ide drive. I'm looking to buy a new drive from ebay but b4 i spend my money i just wanna clarify something.

The drive im looking at has an ata-6 interface and i was wondering if that would work in an ide drive bay?

    Cheers

be careful buying things like hdds off ebay if it comes messed up or anything it probably wont have any warranty and theres nothing much you can do about it either, seller probably wont give you a refund
