NTLRD missing

    i have a dell Dimension 2400 .
    i put the Motherboard into a new PC Case, got new dvd drives, hard drive and all that good stuff.. but when i go to boot it up i get the error

    NTLRD Missing Press Ctrl+AlT+Delete to Restart

    Im Trying to install Windows XP MCE on the new HDD

    Make sure your PC is set to boot off the new hard disk and not the old one. (Go into the BIOS to change this)
