Null Modem cables

the new cable i got works Tempo...well...it woked from my desktop...it didnt work from my laptop... so the usb adapter i got from the same crowd as the cable must also be junk

i'm just after flashing it this second so i'm goin back downstairs now to plug it back in....

will i have to rescan all the channels now? and will they be all out of sequence? the chap that flashed it for me the last time ran a prog that put all the channels in the same order that nthell has em in..it was great...hopefully they'll all stay where they were

all the channels are still as i left em...phew..

if i do a rescan will they move? i think i rememebr reading somewhere they dont..they stay as they were..am i right?

how many channels are there on NThell anyway? (tv and radio)

 

right i know this a very late reply but the new software/firmware puts then in alphabetical order but im sure you prob have it sorted by now
