Obtaining Lincence User ID and password

    The 321Studios software which I have requires a Lincence ID number. Which I do not have. I purchased the product and have never been able to use it.

    (I first bought the product, but the computer I had previously did not have a DVD drive. The current computer does.)

    I would like to know if I could obtain a Lincense user ID and password?

    you should have got id # with disc, did you check 321 studios? for #

    When you type there web site into the address text box it refers you to a different site. They redirected me to here.

    Where did you purchase XCopy? Online or Retail (box)?

    Online. I do not have the e-mail they sent me with may have the ID and password I need.

    Also, 321Studios.com is closed.

    Try to retrieve you password this way.

    If you are able to get your password log in here:
    http://dvdxcopy.com/
    click on detail and you can get your license

    If you are not able to get your password. You will have to send in a support ticket and hope they are able to find your info.
