I posted a thread awhile ago asking how to use screen capture while viewing HD/BR movies because my icon was greyed out and the "C" key did nothing, and apparently CyberLink PowerDVD Ultra does NOT allow this. So in case you're wondering how to do it, you can't.

Thank you for contacting CyberLink Online Support.

We understand your concern related with the PowerDVD Ultra software.

In regard to your issue we regret to inform you that the "Capture Frame" feature is not supported during the HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc playback in the PowerDVD Ultra.

With ripping the HD-DVD versions of movies, I DID manage to do some captures after putting the .EVO file into EVODemux then using a 3rd party program to capture off the .mpv file with CyberLink Ultra - but CyberLink Ultra doesn't allow pause or frame forward/backward so it's near impossible doing it this way.
