    Slumdog is very good. I liked the way the story played out, how all he wanted was the girl....who he had been in love with since he was little. The big bollywood dance number was at the very end of this one, after the movie concluded.

    I saw The Wrestler a couple weeks ago. Mickey Rourke really surprised me in this movie. He played a professional wrestler who had all the fame, and now 20 years later, he is working a low wage job, still wrestling on the weekends. Another side of professional wrestling, no glitz, no glamour, no family.

    My son will like Defiance so, he loves World War II movies. Enemy at the Gate is his favourite movie ever.

    Might watch Slumdog, it's getting pretty good reviews.

    Oh yeah I forgot about that one! I was kinda shocked at how cut he was in the Wrestler but then again in Sin City (with some Hollywood help) he was cut then too.

    Did you watch Seven Pounds yet Ray92?

    Four Brothers may be older but I liked it - I think you will too.

    @ Ray
    Zack and Miri is good. Very funny film. Quite a few actors you will recognize from Clerks and The 40 Year Old Virgin. One of my favorite scenes was with Justin Long. I thought his entire part was ad-libbed.

    @ Binkie
    Yeah, Mickey Rourke did suprise me. I had heard that his performance led him to be cast in the Ironman 2 movie.

    I watched Choke a few days ago. I do have to say that was an unusual film. Didn't think Angelica Houston would be in that kind of film.

    I also enjoyed Righteous Kill. Loved the performances by Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Carla Gugino, and John Leguizamo.

    @garmoon - same here - really didn't have a clue on it though my daughter said she liked it but that usually means I won't :)

    @rtm27 - looks like the down and out Rourke is making a comeback!

    @Ray92 - you have some catching up on movies to do :)

    I too though Zack and Miri was pretty funny.

    Watched re-make of Mirrors last night
    Thought it was a pretty good flick, had a few good scares in it.
    Ending was a little hokey though.

    Yeah, I can't wait to see the Wrestler, I always liked him as an actor, think he has gotten a lot of bum raps threw the years, was real thrilled when I read he won the golden globe award.

    Let see what did I see lately, oh ok.

    Bangkok Dangerous, if was ok, little far featched but still ok, (6)
    Eagle Eye, enjoyed that one to, (7)
    Babylon AD, liked it, (7)
    Rightous Kill, expected more out of those two, but still liked it, 6
    Pineapple Express, fell asleep after half of it, no it was not boring just was tired, will finsih it later.
    And last, I watched The Disater Movie with the kids, I hardlt ever give antyhing a zero, this was a double zero, stupid. I can't believe they spent money to make that stinker.

    Watched Babylon AD yesterday

    Barely OK (6) Does every bad guy shoot blanks in these movies. I think I'd hire better marksman help.

    @garmoon
    I'd give it even less than a 6 - your right everyone was a bad shot.
    Cage should have been killed many times over!

    @Ray92
    I'm sure they will - keep up the grades and then you can do what you want (within some reason) that was my philosophy :)
    Plus being a gamer that zaps the time away fast!

    @Evastar
    Glad someone else liked Defiance - well acted and good story.
