Old cassette tapes to cd?

    Can somebody help me? I have some cassette tapes here and i want to transfer it to a cd! Its about 80 mins for each cassette and i want to transfer it to a cd for each of them! And also theyre kinda old and i want to edit it to reduce the background noise! Any help would be great! Thanks! :D
