Im gonna bite the bullet and get the Kryptview a750 and the iconnect. Im in dundee and the boxes went off last night. Theres no way i can listen to my kids all summer because the dont have the disney channels!! Ive googled for a box but there are so many different companys selling them. Could one of the more senior members on here point me in the right direction of a reputable company to get the box from? Thanks in advance
The majority of the thread is an advert Send a pm to Lincsat at the top of the page I am sure he will point you in the right direction.
im sure the cc never watched the people talking on sites like this before about things like the old jerrold boxes, the sagem boxes and n1 and now up to n3 all these years .its all the newbies fault ( who came along recently )advertising the fixes by opening their mouth.
hi what firmware does this krypview a750 require for it to work with the iconnecter and where would i find it,and how would i tell that the a750 is not a clone thanks d
There are no Kryptview clones, you can find the firmware here http://www.2shared.com/file/9Tth6qLo/Kryptview_10042010.html and can only be used with the A750 and Iconnector combo.
Jayzus lads that's big money init!!! Considering try were the cheapest box to buy at one stage, I've 3 krypts just sitting in my shed doing nothing! Shame it's not working over here yet!
is it big money as you are getting a box ,connector and a server, unsure how long if there is a time limit of server. noticed some prices £200 buy it now lol
Hold on to your boxes the Kryptview they will work soon when the uk sorted Ireland will be sorted after that
When I have put the new firmware into Kryptview A750 box, is there anything to do to the iConnector besides connecting to router and K box to make the system work?
Nope just a working cable feed and a working BB feed thats it just make sure you scan the channels in first before you put the box BB feed
What is the realistic chances of a time-limit to them do u think? I know no-one knows how long exactly but i'm wanting to hold off a couple of months just incase
then hold off if you feel this is the best for you, but this question arises everytime something is released, no one has a difinitive answer, no one can advise you, you need to either jump in or wait, but the SV6 is going since the start of the year in Ire if thats any indication

thats always been the case, they stopped folk selling boxs on fleabay a while back, I for one wouldnt buy anything like this on fleabay, traders come and go very quick, so if or when something goes nipples up with what you bought they are no where to be found, Have said it before time and time again, you pay for what you get, you may think your saving a quid or two by going this route, but when you need to go back with something, where do you stand...... back on here looking for help in trying to get your money back or what to do next, always buy from a reputable dealer which offer proper comeback on items......... This is just a general statement and not aimed at any one,
