Did you fill out a returns request form with them?
    Did you receive an RMA?
    Did you do as instructed?

    Returns policy:
Request authorization to return any unused/unopened product for a refund within 7 days of receipt.

Request authorization to exchange defective products within 7 days of receipt (exchanged for same title only).

Mis-ships must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

***Before you return anything, you must fill out our Returns Request form and get authorization for return and/or re-shipment.***

Please send all returns to Sandbox Automatic, 245 West 29th Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY, 10001, Attn: Returns.YOU MUST INCLUDE A PRINTED COPY OF THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION E-MAIL WE SEND TO YOU IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED

If you did, then the only thing you could do really is ring them, and be very polite, explain the situation and also that you are becoming a retailer and would be considering using them as your supplier, also try and mention some other 'major online stores', but you would prefer to use them as their policies and customer service far exceeds others that you have come across and if possible try and talk to a female representative.
Most companies react differently to different people, especially if you are calm, polite and sometimes honest.

See where that gets you, remember be polite, explain the situation, and don't be aggressive.

Failing that, then you may have to ask the credit card about their procedures, but I think that'll be a no brainer with them.......

Sorry I couldn't give you anymore than that...............
