    No one can answer you how long they will last.

    Kryptview is better support, pic quality and has the least issues over the years its been out, support is second to none

    SV 4 - Support is not the best, 4 months for a fix, pic quality is good, can record, but only what your watching or if the chan you record is on the same freq as a chan you want to watch whilst recording

    Use the search function, loads of posts covering peoples opinions on them

    dixieo there are many Dbox threads that go into extreme detail and they will sort you out. If you look on the list of threads you'll find it.

    just want to say BIG tnx to all the addicts who have posted info..i'm in dub on n*l and got the KV750 from s*ywonder..it came with a null cable & connecter!!great stuff..was really worried bout flashin but followed all step by steps & is working perfectly..all in house happy again..hope it lasts. TNX again guys keep up great work..

    Well done on the post , its about time someone pointed out the thread hijacking (really gets up my nose) but what i find funny is you put this post up with all the info needed in a couple of simple paragraphs yet within minutes the usual lazy questions pop up .lol

    My 2 pence worth to anyone needing info.

    READ THE 1ST PAGE OF EACH THREAD IF IT RELATES TO YOUR QUESTION , ASK , IF NOT FIND THE PROPER THREAD !...dont be lazy !

    as far as i know they do hooter,have been looking around for some info on procedure but no look as of yet.

    the digivox xl usb does record or at least thats what it says on the box and in the user manual, but i have been unable to get the record function to work on my box using new firmware 1.04. if anyone does have any advice on this i would be very greatfull for same. thanks.

    just a quick question has everyone still got the adult channels on their box ?? i cant get the adult channel since i got the sv4 and vhi classic went off so rescanned and got it back but only have tvx now lost playboy and never could get the adult channel so was just wondering if these channels still on everyone elses box including the kv boxes just to make sure nothing is getting tested

    did you find a way for recording?
    the only way i found does not work!!
    press epg and press the red button to reserve & record
    but nothing happens? just like the box usb.
