Hey guys , so when i put a disc in my xbox360 it wont recognize it and just says open tray....its not the disc because i have tryed many. So im thinking i need a new disk drive? whats the best way of going about it? can i just swap my PCB bord in my drive to a new laser/drive assembley? i was thinking i wouldent have to flash it that way. my drive is a BENQ VAD6038. Any help would be awesome ,thx in advance.
this isnt xbox 360 forum lol, but if you swap over pcb from drive to drive the one u will use will still need to be flashed with the firmware key from the cpu, just get a new laser about £5 from fleabay swap and away u go.
