    There is no harm in slide tackling, but alsways make sure your studs are never pointed out or up, thats dangerous. Also, the best way to tackle someone is to rap a lag around the ball and them, but from a 90 degree angle. that way, when your leg swings back, they go forward, the ball comes towards you, and off you go running. Roy Keane is the master of it. Just look at the reply of him chacing back t catch Viera on Saturday. What a magician :)

    Leave Roy alone, when was the last time he really went mad on the pitch??, hmm the last i remember was with alan shearer, where keane said he should have hit him instead of stopping half way through it because he was getting sent off anyway lol!

    I love Roy and love his attitude to the game. He IS hte best midfielder in the world, IMHO. I also love the way he isnt afraid to go in hard, just like his future replacement Djemba Djemba. Looking forward to ourlast friendly pre-eason tonigh ;-)

    The more soccer the better, in my opinion. Im just back from 3 hours training, a nice big bruise on my shin to show for it. It was a shitty match. I played pretty well, all my crosses were good as were my two goals, but the team played shite, completely. No one was getting crosses right and was getting the bll takin off them all the time. I was cracking up.

    Prisoner, excuse me but 95% of my posting is done in the digital video and filesharing forums! So I dont get to the top by just posting in the safety valve is thats what u think!

    I ment thread like this add to converstation which will increase posts naturally. As I have most likely posted more in Saftey valve and all other topics, as conversations contiune. In help threads, there is a question and I try best to answer it. Later I might think of something else, but the first shot was about it. I didn't mean anything bad to you guys.
