outlook problem

    i have a problem with outlook express 6 i can`t open or save my attachments when i recieve them everything else works perfect can any one help would be grateful thanxs

    uninstall outlook express 6 or use microsoft outlook in its place

    you have to tell OE to let you open and save attachments. by default it does not allow you. Go Tools>Options>Securty Tab. Now uncheck the box that says "Do not allow attachments to be opened or saved that could potentially be a virus." That should fix your problem.
