I am having the same issue. It says I can overburn a DVD using Nerovision Express 3 up to 4600 MB, and I have changed the settings in Nero, but for some reason it keeps telling me to insert a disc with more room. I have put in a couple of new DVD-R's just to make sure that I did'nt have something written to the disc, and it still won't let me overburn. The file I am trying to burn is 4550 MB, so it's within the parameters. Anyone know how to overburn my DVD movie?

Be sure to upgrade to Nero 6.6.0.3 and NVE 3.0.1.14 as in the last release of Nero 6.6.0.1 we had a problem with calculating the available space for overburning which has been addressed in our latest release.
