Overclocking Intel Core Duo E6400

    Hi
    Can anybody please advise me how I can overclock my Intel Core Duo E6400? This will be my firs Overclocking and I don't know anything about it.
    I appreciate any help.

    As I have mentioned, I have never done an overclocking... in that long thread that you referred me to there is no exact information or guide about the step-by-step process of overclocking... it seems that that thread is just for overclocking experts :( . I need a step-by-step advise, please help me with that. Thx :)
