Overclocking question..????

I have a Sempron 3000+, ive read reviews in this forum that say that Sempron can be hella-clocked and stable. I know Sempron is a "budget chip", but if i can overclock it to run some of the better games then why upgrade. Ive upgraded my cooling system and upgraded my ram to a gig and a 1/2, ive also upgraded my vido card. The problem im having is.....i have a bios that has no settings for OC. I also know that there is other ways to get around that, is there a site that will give me the step by step guide on how to do this? I know the pro's and con's, i know the ramifications if i OC, ive done alot of research on OC'ing, i just need a guide to see me thru it......
