Hey guys, trying to back up this game I just purchased to my XBox hard drive. Everything transferred fine initially, but when I transfer the ISO back to the XBox it cuts off at exactly 4 gigs uploaded (the game is five gig plus some change).

Is there any easy way to get around this problem? That is, any way to upload the entire ISO file to the Box?

The retail HDD is only 4GB-5GB or so after it is formatted, if the game is bigger than that limit then you won't be able to transfer it. Upgrade to a bigger HDD is the best solution. But you can use this link and delete the files you don't need to save some space.

I've got a 120 gig hard drive in there, I'll check but I don't think thats a problem.

Would there be a problem with the system simply not being able to deal with the size of the file?

It shouldn't be a problem, to the best of my knowledge. I've done MGS: Substance and games in that size before (6GB) with no trouble. You might wanna turn off your Firewall. I have PC Cillin 2005 and I have to turn it off whenever I do Xbox FTP.

    The game is Ninja Gaiden.

I'll just give it another shot. I think I might try using an .ISO generator other than Qwix.

I think it may be a problem with my hard drive.

I keep trying to upload Red Dead Revolver, whenever I do this it reports the following when I calculate used space:

Disk space used by 1 file(s) in 0 folders:
    3.135.176.704 bytes/ 2.989 mega bytes

Any ideas what the problem is here?
