how do i no which one to use when encoding a vcd?futhermore, how do i determine what technology a certain dvd player is using?and what does playstation 2 use? thank you for your help
If you live in North America you are NTSC, if you live in the UK you are PAL. If you live in Japan you are mostly NTSC, but some is SECAM. Your DVD player on the back will have a listing for region code and if it is NTSC or PAL. The other place to check is in the Instruction manual, as it will have that specific listing as well.
