Just wondering if I playback a PAL DVD on my PC and route the signal to my NTSC monitor using a S-Video cable, will the image appear? Or should I just convert the DVD from PAL to NTSC? Seems like a hassle, since there's some quality loss when you convert, especially during intense action scenes!
I don't think you will have a problem playing a PAL dvd on your pc regardless of what monitor you use.
