I don't even know if this is possible, but is there a program that will covert a PAL coded DVD to NTSC and vice versa? Thanks for any help.
Hi, I use procoder 2.0 from Canopus, but its not cheap. Maybe you can try a trial version or similar free version if you catch my drift.
If all you want to do is watch the video, Then the simplest and easiest thing to do is buy another cheap a** DVD player. I bought a Cinevision DVD and VCR player from Radio Shack for $80 a while back and found out it plays PAL discs. It seems like a lot of the cheap DVD players are made to be universal or Global players. It is easier to make a DVD player in a one size fits all spec , that will work in any market and to keep the costs down, and just change the box and the paerwork that comes with it.
