PAL to NTSC

    Hi,

    Looking for a (prefer) FREE program to change PAL to NTSC.
    I have gotten some of movies from another region and they won't play in my player.
    I tried to back up a copy with DVDD,compressed with Shrink and wrote with DVDD.
    It plays,but the screen rolls up and down.
    I was told that is a PAL DVD in a NTSC player.
    How do you correct this?

    i have heard vobblanker is excellant and quick for that!

    if its main movie only avi2dvd will do it!

    Hi Rotary,

    Will these programs convert folders or if the disc(DVD) is in Pal Format?...or both?
