   I am in Oz and our television system is PAL. I have burned a DVD which plays perfectly here, and I am taking it to the US to show friends. Are they going to be able to view that DVD or should I see if I am able to burn an NTSC version?

   Since most NTSC TVs aren't capable of properly displaying a PAL signal, and most older (and some newer) NTSC DVD players won't be able to play it either, it would be best to convert to NTSC.
