Panisonic DVD Player will not play discs, not broken need advice

    So I have a panasonic DVD home stero system, model # SC-dk2 and it will not play burned cds or dvds. Is there anyway to make it play cd-r/dvd-r's?? Like a mod chip or something??? Or a hack like craking it open and turning a screw or pot meter or somthing?? Great stero but hardly use it since it can't play cd-r's or dvd-r's

    Try bitsetting your DVD-rs to DVD Ram. If you burn with DVD Decripter there is a bitsetting function, which will enable them to play in most DVD players, aside from some antiquated units. I will link a tutorial on the technique if you are interested...
