82 and 91 carry ALL of the bev channels. Check the lyngsat site and you see what is on them.

Which pansat do you have?? Do you have a real pansat or a clone? What bin do you have in it? What sats are you scanning? What dish and lnb's do you have?

These are just a few of the things that we need to know to help you. There isn't much info in your question.

    Thank you

I don't think so. Have you tried to do a factory reset then load the latest bin, rescan the sats? What kind of signal strength are you getting? Are you in the lower 48?

Sorry I haven't been on much lately. I had a power surge here that messed up the Motherboard on my main computer. It took me a while to find all the bad stuff, mostly capacitors. I think its Ok now.

To my knowledge, none of the sat providers can actually do any damage or tricks to the FTA receivers. The only way for them to shut down a receiver is with an encryption or key change.

Not sure what you are asking? Are you saying you have duplicate BEV channels and want to know if you need both? If you have dup channels, I usually delete one of them. But check them both and make sure there is picture on the one you decide to keep. As to the freeze up, its hard to guess at the problem. It could be BEV playing with the encryption or possibly problems at the transmission end of the signal. Make sure you have the newest bin file. If the freeze up is encryption related, they will usually fix the problem with a new bin file in a short time.

How many LNBs do you have aimed at the BEV sats?? If only one, then only scan 1 time. If you have 2 lnbs and are sure they are aimed at 2 different BEV sats then you scan both. I have read suggestions that to keep dup channels from showing up, its possible to cover one lnb at a time with foil while scanning with the other lnb. Another way (which is what I do) is shut off the switch port setting in the receiver setup fo the lnb thats not being scanned. Then reverse the process to scan the second lnb and sat.

They are back, but the forms are not. If you go there you will get the fix for the 3500.

    Good luck
