    I just found out both sat providers are playing with the key numbers again. You may need to shut off both auto roll features and manually enter the latest keys again. They found a way to mess with the auto roll.

    Jerry, I noticed that this morning. When I turned it on, there was nothing. I had my auto-roll on last night, may be this is the cause, it was ok last night. Do you know if the code is still the same? I re scanned all the sats this morning but still no signal.

    The keys updated at around midnight this morning or last night depending on how you look at it. It may become a regular hassel since they didn't shut us down the other way.

    Jerry - I was able to get my receiver back up and running (had to be Jtag'd), but fortunately I found someone locally with a cable and the experience to get my clone receiver up and running.

    It was working great until the last hit. I can't seem to log into the site I usually use to find the latest keys. Any suggestions on where I can look? Also, should autoroll be on or off?

    Ok everyone, here we go again. DishNet is playing games with the key numbers again in a way that messes with the auto roll feature. This is the fix for now, very similar to what we were doing before the bin files came out.[bold]SHUT OFF YOUR AUTO ROLL FEATURE.[/BOLD] Then get the latest keys and manually enter them as you did before. If you need the keys, I suggest you download KEYMASTER from my link below. Keymaster will get the keys for you anytime you need them and I think this will be a everyday procedure. I will try to keep everyone informed if a better fix comes out for this problem.

    Get keymaster here:::

    Not sure what type guide you want. If something like a TV Guide to show whats showing at different times, try MeeVee.com. You will need to input a zip code and then it will show all service providers in that area. Pick a provider and it will populate a guide with all channels and whats showing each hour.

    If you want a listing of what channels are on each sat then you want to check out Lyngsat.com. There you can pick each sat and it will show you the channels available and each transponder they are on.

    They are doing it with both systems. If you only watch DN then you only have to worry about those keys. If you watch BEV too, then all need to be manually changed.

    Active means just that, its the one being used at that moment but can change at any time. YES, SHUT OFF THE AUTO ROLL FOR THE KEY NUMBERS.

    When checking or updating keys, always change both sets to the newest ones listed.
