Since ripping a movie, my DVD player now seems to have a fixed parental control block that comes up on the screen. This does not allow me to watch movies anymore. Is there any way I can remove it.

Don't know what brand DVD player u got, but all that I've seen have a menu to go in and either activate or disable that function [

i would also love to know if it's possible to strip the dvd of parental control. i usually play movies on my ps2 and there is no way to disable the "do you want to set you parental control to bluh bluh bluh" every time some dvd's are inserted - a minor annoyance, but annyoyance nevertheless.
