Partially Removing Acrobat

    Anyone know how to remove Adobe Acrobat from IE? I hate the way, when I try to open a PDF with IE (or any other browser for that matter), the friggen machine is crippled trying to open it unless I open Acrobat beforehand in which case the PDF opens in a jiffy. ARGH! I love acrobat so much but this little peeve is really annoying.

    have you unchecked the option of "Display in Browser" in Edit>Preferences>Options,
