hi guys any help or info would be greatfull

the problem i'm having with this one i get cpu not responding when i play dvd in cpu which prevents me from even using dvd shrink or dvd decrypter
has there been a block of some sort add to prevent play in cpu?

btw my other movies work just fine play and record
this only movie it happens too

 

Sounds like a faulty disc to me i would return it to the shop and get yourself a new copy.

 

thanks for ur response i've tried a 2nd disc same result player not responding in dvd decrypter sz i/o error once program opened up

 

Depending on the OS and your user permissions, you should try running decryptor as admin. On my Win2K I never do stuff as admin if I can avoid it, but for decrypt and shrink to work right I run them as admin so they can load I/O drivers and such.
