    Hello,
I recently purchased a Hewlett packard computer with 512 RAM of memory. I went to system properties and it only displayed 448 RAM instead of 512. Is it normal with HP computers or should it display 512?
    thanks

    Hey

It is because the HP will have onboard Video which shares your memory. So it means that you have 64mb of the 512mb shared with your video.

    So yes, that is normal.
