I own a large number of R1/2 DVD's and can play them fine on my multi-region standalone player.. Is it possible to make my PC drive MR? I can change the region a certain # of times and i only have 3 changes left. The drive is listed twice in the system folder as AXV CD/DVD-ROM SCSI CDROM Device and SAMSUNG CDRW/DVD SM308B I obviously don't want to lose any features CD burning etc... Any help on this would be appreciated! Thanks Tom
Its not really a drive issue, its more a software issue. You can download programs tailored toyour drive that will unlock the regions on it. Do a search for your drive and multiregion unlocking in google and you should come up with the goods.
