    Hey guys!! i have a p4p800 E deluxe motherboard and a p4 3.0 MHZ and a 512 kingston DDR 400MHZ memory.
The problem is the following. i try to instal win XP
when the pc boots up and i tell it to boot from the win xp cd it stays at the blue screen that says set up screen and stays frozen. i thought that maybe it was the cd and i try a different one and the same problem.
i formated the drive and install win ME which is working with no problems but when i try to do an upgrade to XP it starts collecting information and when it restarts it freezes at the win xp set up screen..

    can anyone help me?

P.S i also did a Bios Update on the Motherboard.

    Hey

Boot to Me and insert XP disk. Search cd for compatibility requirements and scan your PC. If it tells you to proceed, try to upgrade or fresh install.
