pc problems

    can anyone help me out????

    a friend of mines is having problems with his pc. has a 200gig in a fat32, but he is saying that he can't open any files that are over 4gig in size. don't know much about what spec he has but hes using Win XP SP2 home edition....could it be something to do with his cluster size???...if so how can he fix it???

    fat32 can only open files in size upto 4gigs so will have to convert to ntfs format so can access files over 4gigs
