PC reboots itself during the intial unpacking phase of Nero 7

    Hi FOlks,

    When I ever I run the setup for nero 7 the pc reboots istself about halfway through the unpacking of the exe. Any Ideas? cheers in advance.

    It has never done that on my desktop.

    What is the specification of your desktop? what o/s is it running? XP?
    ALso do you have plenty of free hard disk space?

    What antivirus s/w are you running?

    It may be worth your time checking the computer event logs, to see if a error is reported.

    Right click on the my computer icon, then select manage, select event viewer, then look at the Application log and the System log.
