pc to dlp projection tv HELP

    well im trying to connect my pc to my tv. I have a samsung 61" dlp . I connected the monitor cable to the tv, but the problem is when i choose pc on my tv, a box comes up that says, "not supported mode". I'm not really a computer genius. heres a picture of the tv i have.

    and im using vga/super vga monitor cable, male 15 pin
