I'm trying to record my PC screen activity and put it on TV, but the image quality i obtain is poor and flacky.
I'm recording my PC screen activity with First Screen Recorder (free), generating an AVI DV file, which I import into Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 to rezise it and to save as NTSC. But this output file, when I play it using Windows Media Player, the image is shaky and the resolution very bad. I am missing something?
    Thank you.
    Cynthia.
