pc tuner card

    hello i want to install a pc tuner card so i can watch tv in my pc and record my movies from cammera, but i would like to know can i install the graphics card into and lsot in the pc eg where the modem is?

    Tv tuner card is sperate normally unless yeah get one of them fancy whirlie gig all in one deals...like the ati tv all-in-one wonder!

    Ebay has some good deals on those Happenhuage cards..like 80 bucks usd!

    What board do you have?
    You should normally have a dedicated slot foe either an AGP or PCI-E video card unless you are using an older PCI type card.
    But whatever you are using for the video, all you need is a free PCI slot to allow for the tv card.
    Otherwise you can use an external device that will plug into a USB 2.0 port on the PC.
    Better ones also allow you to capture from external devices as well.
