philips dvdr-72 best brands of media to use ?

Bought Philips DVDr-72 @ sams for 200.00 really enjoy it so far still learning a few few things . So far I have only used verbatim dvd+r media works great bought some philips brand media have'nt tried them yet but feel that they should work ? would be interested in hearing from other Philips Dvdr-72 users into what works & what does'nt media brand wise? thanks again guys & gals
