PHILIPS LX 3700D SURROUND SOUND - NO SOUND

    Hi,

    I have recently purchased a Philips TV Model No 37PFL5522 & I have connected the surround sound system (above) as I had on my old TV a Philips 28PW6506/05.

    The connection has been via the audio cables, from the TV "Audio In" to the surround sound "Audio In", this was as before on my old TV.

    But I can not get any sound to come out of the surround sound system.

    Can you please help?

    u cant have 2 audio ins, tv sends out sound to surround sound in
