Phillips DVD Draw Blocked

    I get a message saying Draw Blocked if i tap the top of the DVD player it opens.

    Anybody got any ideas what the problem might be and how i can fix it ?

    if you have children i'd suggest opening the player's cover and see what has gotten lost inside. we love our phillips players. the best!
