picture jerks and freezes while downloding from internet ...

    Anyone had any issues when they are downloading from the internet causes certain channels to lock up and jerka round .. its definately related cos when i stop the download the picture reverts back to normal. obviously both data streams are coming down the cable.

    anyone else experienced this .. got any solutions ?

    Replace the ntl splitter with a real splitter.
