hi, ive been downloading a pink floyd barret dvd for a week now. Its about 4.05 gbs in size, and its made up of dvd video files. Now ived never had a probelm burning BUP, VOB, and IFO files to dvd before, but time, i burned to a TDK DVD+R 4.7 gb dvd and i get this message when i put it in my dvd.. "playback limited by area prohibitation". Now my dvd player isnt really old so im not sure what the probelm is because ive been able to play other DVD+R's on it. Another thing to mention is that I am able to play it on my computer, but i only get audio for the into sequence and main menu, I only get video for the rest of the DVD. Can someone please help me, thankyou and goodbye.

Sounds like you have a disk that is region coded? Depending on where you live DVD's are coded for spcific regions. USA is region 1, Europe Region 2 and so on... You should be able to strip the region code using dvd Decrypter or AnyDVD.

OK where are you located? What continent?

The video is in PAL format and if your in the states that is your problem. The video will need converted to NTSC..
