i have been using a 108 for about a month now and every dvd that i try to burn is coming out with errors on. they have no errors when i play the files on my pc. i av updated the firmware to 1.18 from the pioneer website. i have tried several different types of media and burning speeds. i have tried nero and clone dvd. the burnt dvds will either pause, jump or jump and go out of sync. if i stop and resume they go back into sync.

is there anyone out there who can help?

    thanks.

Which IDE do you have it connected to? I have found that Dvd burners work better as master on IDE with nothing else connected. Also, make sure IDE settings are set to "DMA" auto or on.

What brands of media have you tried? It sounds like a media issue but hard to say.
