pixelated video

    Hello. Since making the upgrade to Pinnicle Studio 10.7 (video editor) I've been unhappy with the video picture.

    you should see the jagged edges, or pixelated edging, seen in the outputted video. In motion it appears as looking through glass with horizontal bars moulded into it!

    Any ideas on how to solve this?

    PS - camera is the Sony HDD 100

    Looks like an interlacing issue.
    I don't know what format you render to, but there has to be a setting wher you can tell the program to render to progressive or interlaced. (Bottom line first, or Top line first). Play around with this setting and you will find. I assume that you have to set to progressive because I think your base material is also progressive.
