resently i burnt some dvd movies on some dvd+rw disc using dvd decrypter + dvd shrink but when i try to play them on my home dvd player i get a messege saying eg.[error check disc] and dont get nothing but seem to work fine on my dvd player on my comp.
can anybody tell me if it is because of software settings or because of the disc [dvd+rw] i,m using or even if it is my home dvd player with the problems?

so please can anybody help this learner beginner and shed some light on this issue???

Sounds like a media related problem - what brand of meida are you using to burn your movies?

DVD Rom drives tend to be more versatile and less finicky than many standalones, subsequenty being able to playback DVD's that stanalones will not.

Older standalones ofter do not like rewritiable media - try non rewritable media e.g., DVR+ and a reliable media brand such as Ritek.
