I captured some of my old VHS tapes on my computer with the SONIC 3.5 software that came with my HP200i burner. While capuuring the video the preview looked fine. When i played it back using both real player and WIN DVD the picture looks "jumpy" and the audio is scratchy and not very clear. I am new at this so any help from the experts would be great. Capture devise is BELKIN Video Bus II Computer is gatway p4 2.4 gig w/ +700 mb ram. I used this computer to make back-up DVDs and never had any problems before . Any ideas ?
