Playback Probs with FFMPEG Decoder

    I downloaded this video clip which refuses to play. I checked with Gspot, and it says dat the video codec is not installed. The required codec is:

    FFmpeg I263 decoder
    4CC: i263

    I downloaded the latest version of FFDshow from this website, however, the file still does not play.
    Please tell me what I need to do. Feel free to email me on this matter.

    ffdshow does not support the fourCC i263. Neither does ffmpeg. I searched the source code of both.

    Although according to mplayer's codec.conf
    videocodec ffi263
    info "FFmpeg I263 decoder"
    status working
    fourcc I263,i263
    driver ffmpeg
    dll h263i
    out YV12,I420,IYUV

    See if mplayer can play it.

    thanx for ur help, solved my prob. just had to download intel i263 codec.
    :)it works now!!
