playing movies from hdd

    hi i have a samsung c750 3d tv,it has a usb dedicated for an external hdd,can i put a blu-ray film on the hdd and play it through my tv or will i have to go through the blu-ray player,will it need converting first if so what converter would u use thanks

    That particular brand dose not need converting for your files as long as it plays on your pc with out having to convert it. All you need to do is plug in your external or thumbdrive and select the content from your tvs menu.

    ps.
    For video converting I use "Any-video-converter" its free ware, but tbh you really do not need to convert files anymore now that people only use a few video file types.
