    bacana,

Check the faq in the first post of this thread.

Use IsoBuster and open the .bin image file to view the contents of the disc.

    Cloud23

Make sure you have winrar installed on your computer. You can get it from here:
    http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar342.exe

    1)Run winrar.exe
    Default location C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe

    2)Select File-->Browse for folder

3)Locate the folder with the Tekken5 archive.

4)Right click on the file named e-tekken5.001. Select Extract to the specified folder. Locate a place to extract the image to.

5)Burn the image to dvd-r using DVD Decrypter.

This is what it should look like.

Kessen III will work, if you have a modchip installed. It wont work with boot discs.

As for, GT4, there has been no proven method for copying the game. So, if you want to play it on your NTSC system, I would buy the USA version.

    hello,
i can't find this "elf file" os something like SLUS OR SCES on the mounted CD.

    what's a elf file?

here i can see 2 folders:
    -MODULES
    -PS2
in each folder i have a lot of .irx files

the game is Marvel VS Capcom 2 and it's originally released as =CD=

how can i know if is NTSC?

    thanks in advance :)

No. This game can't be copied. People are still trying to figure out a way to copy it, but as of right now, no one has been able to find a way of copying it.

An elf file is the ps2 executable file. Each game has one. The game wouldn't run without it.

Did you download this game, or did you buy it? What country did you live in? Here's a chart of the world's standards. You can identify what standard your country uses. If you burn the game and it plays without any problems with the screen, that it uses the same standard as your country does. If the game plays in black and white and the screen is off-center, then the game uses a different video standard than your country uses.

Kessen III is a dvd9 game. The warez group PARADOX downsampled the video in order for the game to fit onto dvd5.

I patched He-man: Defender of Greyskull and the game plays fine but the FMV skips and studders. Is this normal for that game ??

For some games, the videos will be messed up, but the actual gameplay will be normal.

    Hello.
I'm living in Brazil, using PS2 and TV in NTSC as standard.

I have downloaded the .cue/.bin of Marvel VS Capcom 2 CD, but i don't know if it's a NTSC copy.

I can't find this ELF file, what's this file .extension?

Please, help me to identify my copy before burning...

Do your files look like this?

The file named SLUS_208.57 is the elf file. Your file will be named one of these:

    SLES_###.## - PAL
    SLUS_###.## - NTSC
    SCES_###.## - PAL
    SCUS_###.## - NTSC
    SCPS_###.## - I'm not sure
    SLPS_###.## - I'm not sure
    PBPX_###.## - I'm not sure

I just burned Singstar and Singstar Party, karaoke games in PAL format. I have an NTSC PSTwo with fliptop/swap magic combo.

When I run the game in NTSC format, the graphics look fine, but the game/video plays too fast, while the song plays at normal speed.

When I run it in PAL, it's hard to see (black/white and cycling vertically), but the karaoke prompts and video go the correct speed.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Edit: I ripped it, patched it to NTSC with the files from the first post and still have the speed/sync problem.

    newmodder,

The only 100% effective solution is to get a mulitstandard tv. These are tv's that accept the PAL, NTSC, and in some cases, SECAM video signals. You can get some at a reasonable cost here:

    bacana,

After doing a google search, it appears to be a game from Japan, in which case, it would use the NTSC signal.

I hypothesize that your television might have the capacity to perform your requested task. I might, however, be erroneous. Refer to the documentation that was supplied with the previously mentioned electronic device, to make certain of its capabilities.
