Please can some one help with this

    hi everyone
    i seem to be running into a problem while copying a original dvd?? im using dvd shrink and it starts ok but after 42 min, a message comes up saying request error i/0 device error, and i have no idea whats going on, can you please help me here understand what to do about it thankyou chris
